Challenge #74 - Starry, Starry.... PINK!

Hi Pinkies everywhere...

Here we are with another wonderful PINK challenge for you - and our theme this time is:

STARRY, STARRY... PINK!
(hands up anyone that is reminded of the Don McLean song!)

We'd love to see creations from you that are inspired by this theme....... ie, starry in some way or another...  but please don't forget our number one rule - that you use MORE PINK than any other colour (neutrals excluded) - otherwise your card may not be considered.

Here's what the lovely Pink Ladies came up with to inspire you...

Don't forget you're not limited to creating cards - we always love to see any other kinds of creations - as long as this time, they have some kind of pink and starry theme!

Our wonderful sponsor this time is Live and Love Crafts - you could win a fabulous £10 gift voucher (exclusive of shipping) if your creation is chosen as a Perfect Pinky and then randomly picked out of the hat for this prize..

Live and Love Crafts sell such a wonderful range of shabby chic craft items and embellishments - take a look at their website and you'll no doubt find something you NEED!

Now.... we have a little bit of sad news here at The Pink Palace...  our lovely Debs is stepping down to concentrate more of her magazine work - we'll miss you so very much Debs - but can totally understand your reason. We'd love to thank you for all you've done for In The Pink and wish you Good Luck in all your crafty adventures in the future!

OK...  now we've shared the sad news.... put your tissues away and get PINK crafting!  We can't wait to see what you come up with for this STARRY theme.

Big hugs
Rizzo and The Pink Ladies

Challenge #73 - FLORAL

Hi Pinkies everywhere...

Here we are again with another fabulous new PINK challenge for you.....  this time our theme is

PINK AND FLORAL

****
NOTE: Don't forget our number one rule is that you use MORE PINK than any other colour (neutrals excluded) otherwise your card may not be considered.

****

You have the added option of using the photograph provided below as inspiration for your creation.

These are what the lovely Pink Ladies came up with for you to take a look at...

So as you can see - we all used a floral image - but in such very different ways...  The only thing we have in common is PINK!  This theme really does allow for such a wide range of images to be used in different ways - and don't forget, we love to see creations other than cards too!

We have another fabulous sponsor this time - if you are randomly picked from our chosen Perfect Pinkies, you could win a £10 voucher very generously donated by.....

This is a fantastic prize, as The Hobby House offers such a wide range of craft supplies including the most gorgeous embellishments!

As you can see, we're a little quiet here this time at the Pink Palace.... what with holidays etc.  But we'll be back up to full strength in September - when we'll be choosing a Guest Designer again too... so bear with us if you will...

Now.......  as here in the UK our 'summer' has probably passed by... (although I do hope we get more!), what's stopping you getting into the crafting zone and coming up with something PINK AND FLORAL?!

Big hugs
Rizzo and The Pink Ladies
