Challenge #29 - LUSCIOUS LACE

Hi Pinkies

We're back today with a lovely new challenge for you...  this time the theme is:

LUSCIOUS LACE

So this time we'd like to see your creations using LACE on your card/project..  but remember the same rule as always applies...  that here at the Pink Palace,  we like to see MORE PINK THAN ANY OTHER COLOUR (excluding white of course)

And now a little bit of sad news.... one of our Pink Ladies is stepping down from the Design Team... so we say a tearful goodbye to Nikki (pass the pink tissues).........  but she has all our good wishes for her future crafting adventures!!! Thank you so much Nikki for your time as a Pink Lady... we'll miss you!  Watch this space to see who joins our team next!

Challenge #28 - BLING IT UP!!

Hi Pinkies...

We're back today with a brand new challenge for you....  and and the theme this time is

'BLING IT UP'

So we'd love to see your PINK creations - this time using lots of BLING and SPARKLE...... in fact anything that shines and is sparkly (like gems and glitter) we'll be happy with.... and don't forget to use MORE PINK THAN ANY OTHER COLOUR... (excluding white of course) - just not lots of bright colours other than pink please. This sounds like we're really being picky....  we're trying not to be - but it's surprising the amount of entries that we get that can't be considered as it seems our requirements haven't been looked at. And here at the Pink Palace - we hate to see such fabulous cards left out of the Perfect Pinkie choice!  It makes us so sad...

And we have a nice little surprise for you this time..... Lili of the Valley have kindly given us a little bit of candy for this challenge post...  and we have a lovely stamp of theirs to give to one of the Perfect Pinkies chosen.  We'll put all five Bling PP's into a hat and pull out one lucky winner to receive this gorgeous stamp - which is the same image as our lovely Lis has used today... so that's a good enough reason to get you reaching for your pink pens and papers - isn't it?? (OK.... as IF you needed a reason!!)

Don't forget.... we want to see LOTS OF PINK AND BLING  (more pink than any other colour with the exception of white which you can use lots of) for your entry to qualify for our prize draw..

A KISS reminder.....

Rizzo here - just to remind all our pink lovers out there that you have an extra two weeks this time to get your KISS (Keep It Sweet and Simple) entries into our challenge.... as this one runs for FOUR whole weeks instead of the usual two!  So you have until 19th September...  come on... it's not THAT hard to do something so simple is it??

And now a very sad announcement...  our lovely teamie Karen has decided to step down from our Design Team..  she is a very busy lady and has decided that she needed to reduce some of the pressure in her card-making life which we can totally understand. We are so sorry to see her go - but thank her so much for the lovely creations she's produced for In The Pink..  and we look forward to seeing her soon in blogland!

But we also have some reasons to celebrate..  our lovely Pink Lady Christine C is fast preparing for her gorgeous daughter's wedding in a couple of weeks...  we can't wait to see the photos Christine!  And our lovely Nikki's daughter has just had a new baby boy earlier this week!!! We wish mother and baby well and again - look forward to seeing some pics!

NOTE:  Due to holidays and all the other hectic happenings, this challenge will be different than normal as it will run for FOUR WEEKS - so that gives you plenty of time to make something fabulous and get it entered.... don't forget, you can always enter more than once if you'd like to..
