Challenge #32 - STITCHING - REAL OR FAUX

Hello again Pinkies..

Today we're here with a fabulous new challenge for you.... this time the theme is 'STITCHING - REAL OR FAUX'...  so you must use some form of stitching on your card or creation.  Now.. the stitching can either be done with a needle and thread, a sewing machine.... OR... drawn on with a pen!  So how easy is that?  The main requirement is (altogether now...) to use MORE PINK THAN ANY OTHER COLOUR!! (Yes we're getting boring!! hehe)  But you all know the rules now...

All these cards use fabulous differing shades of pink......  and show such different ways of using this gorgeous colour!

Challenge #31 - Ribbons and Bows - PERFECT PINKIES

Hello Pinkies...

Well, what a struggle we had this time....  such FAB-U-LOUS entries....  and I mean REALLY A-MAZ-ING...  and so difficult to choose our Perfect Pinkies!!

We're here with a brand new PINK challenge....  this time our theme like the title says, is RIBBONS AND BOWS...  and we'd love to see you using ribbon of any sort AND/OR BOWS on your creation.... remember, it doesn't have to be a card... it can be any type of creation......  so long as it uses (altogether now...) MORE PINK THAN ANY OTHER COLOUR..

Challenge #30 Sketch - Perfect Pinkies

Hello Pinkies..

Well, we seem to have stopped you in your tracks with our recent Sketch challenge....  hope we didn't scare you off...  however, we did have some fabulous entries... which again made it difficult to choose!

Well, what have we done?????  We've only had a couple of entries this time (as yet) for our Sketch challenge - which has made us so sad as we're sat in the Pink Palace twiddling our thumbs.....  don't tell us you lovely Pinkies have been put off by our little sketch???? Nahhhhh you're made of sterner stuff than that...

Now.... our exciting news!!  We have been joined here at the Pink Palace by two more lovely Pink Ladies who we'd like to introduce to you with their gorgeous creations for this challenge...   So say hello to:

Here's a little bit about Gayle...

"Hi.. my name is Gayle and I live in Birmingham West Midlands with my husband Chris, daughter Bethany, son Josh and Pongo the dog! I have 2 older children Natasha and Mitchell who have both left home. Natasha kindly made me a Nanna at the ripe old age of 42 so I have a 2 year old grandson called Jacob who I adore.  I have been a Police Officer for 15 years and got promoted to Sergeant 4 years ago so I'm always busy in one way or another!

I started crafting nearly 2 years ago when I found myself with a couple of weeks off work and bored so bought myself a tatty teddy stamping kit..and the rest is history as they say. I don't think I have a particular style..If I have I haven't found it yet! I obviously love Tilda and who doesn't love PINK??? I was so happy to be asked to join these lovely Pink Ladies and I hope to give you a little bit of inspiration with my creations."

I used different mediums for colouring my stamps, but now I'm always using my Prismacolor Premier with solvent and I love it! It's like  when I was a little girl with my pencils. I love pink of course, flowers ,pearls, ribbon...all girly stuff! I'm a French Canadian and who could believe one day I would be a DT in a challenge blog in UK! It's really mean that scrapbooking as a universal language!  I'm very happy to be a pink lady and I hope my cards will inspire you!"

It's so exciting to have two new Pink Ladies...  and as you can see from their fabulous creations using the sketch... we're very luck to have them!!  The Pink Palace is certainly going to be a fun place to be with all the girlishness and giggles!
